History: Jayce  Jayce Grew up in a small suburban area with his whole family, though his father worked at a  mechanics shop in New York every weekday so they didn't get to see him so much. Nonetheless, at least until he was 10,  Jayce lived a normal life as any kid would. He went to school when he became of age, and did really well in it actually. He was one of the smartest kids in his grade and was proud of it.  

When Jayce turned 13, though, his father started taking him to work at the mechanic's shop with him over the summer. He showed Jayce how to work everything and had Jayce help him while fixing things, and Jayce loved it, building and fixing things with all sorts of parts. Because of that, Jayce started to create lots of new things, mostly consisting of robot-type things. And for a while now he's lived just a normal life.
When Jayce was  14, he came into contact with a wisp and it went into Jayce's body, giving him cool new abilities.The wisp informed Jayce that he can't  His parents found out about his power's, though, so for 2 long years Jayce used his powers in secret, making sure that absolutely no-one new about his powers. Though everyone makes mistakes now and then, and after 2 years that mistake was made. When they saw what he was doing his parents immediately sent him to the institution, for fear of his and their safety.

Physical Appearance:  With short yellow hair that always sticks up and a normal build, standing at a height of 5'5" and with a weight of 130. Jayce is not someone that you'll overlook in a crowd. His eyes are a hazel brown with a rather short nose. For clothes  Jayce usually wears a Dark gray T-shirt underneath with a dark-gray coat and red straps going across it. His pants are a lighter gray than his top, but still un-noticeably different. On his feet he wears a pair of black combat boots. He also wears a pair of red, circular goggles on his forehead and a backpack holding a bunch of machines and parts that he likes to fiddle around with sometimes.

Personality:A compulsive brainiac is just a few words describing Jayce's personality. To explain it more, though. Jayce has always been a hard studier and enjoys finding out about new things all the time. Because of this, Jayce has become really smart and is rather open about his brainy-ness, always trying to one-up someone else on a test or prove someone wrong about something. It's just one of his many hobbies that he takes up. He's also rather bold when it comes to some situations, always willing to break an awkward silence or stand up to a bully when no-one else would. This has gained Jayce many friends and also many enemies. He doesn't really mind the enemies, though, they were all inferior in his mind. Jayce is also really hyper due to the fact that he has ADHD. He controls it really well though, mostly by playing around with parts in his backpack, tapping his fingers on any surface, or tapping his feet. People don't notice it too much, though during classes it can become quite a distraction to both the students and the teachers. Not only this, but Jayce tends to be rather open about how smart he is, often disregarding people or things because they're what he thinks as "inferior" or "ignorant" or "stupid" and it's gotten him in trouble quite a few times with both his wisp and teachers.

Wisp: Jayce's wisp, named nautilus after his favorite champion in a video game that he plays,is a super hyper wisp that is more uncontrolled than he is. Really, it's like he's always jacked up on soda or something. This hyperactive bond has made the two friends, especially close together (both literally and figuratively). The two love wasting all their pent up energy by running, practicing his powers, really anything. He's rather inquisitive and always keeps Jayce on the path to good, warning him when he's doing something bad, and helping him whenever he possibly can.

Wisp Class: Elemental

Powers: Jayce uses electricity  throughout his body to power and control different kinds of machines that Jayce can use for any kind of reason. Attack, defense, ext. Something cool about it is that the electricity is a green color, and since Jayce can only power one robot  at a time there's a lot of leftover electricity, that you can see go in and out of his body in short green sparks of electricity. Not only that, but the machine is also tethered to Jayce's body by a line of electricity connecting to to the machine at all times. He's also recently learned that he can send electrical currents throughout flat surfaces, turning on all machines in the area and potentially electrocuting anyone who is in the path of it.

Weakness: Too much/little power.  Jayce  doesn't have a set amount of power to put into each machine, so if he puts too little power the machine won't start and if he puts too much the machine will explode, hurting Jayce and scorching the surface of the explosion.
